Ingredients
- 250g Chunky peanut butter
- 107g (~0.9 cup) All-purpose flour
- 45g (~3.5 tbsp) Fine caster sugar
- 3.5g (~0.9 tsp) Salt (Can be omitted or reduced if the peanut butter is salty. I put ~1g/a pinch of salt)
- 3.5g (~0.9 tsp) Baking powder
- 9g (~1.8 tsp) Neutral oil (Adjust as needed for consistency)
- 4.5g (~0.9 tsp) Sesame oil
- 25–35 Whole roasted peanuts (for garnish)
- 1 Egg Yolk (for egg wash) + a bit of water
Steps
- Mix all ingredients except for the whole roasted peanuts and the egg wash
- Bake for 5 minutes, then brush the top with the egg wash.
