Ingredients

  • 250g Chunky peanut butter
  • 107g (~0.9 cup) All-purpose flour
  • 45g (~3.5 tbsp) Fine caster sugar
  • 3.5g (~0.9 tsp) Salt (Can be omitted or reduced if the peanut butter is salty. I put ~1g/a pinch of salt)
  • 3.5g (~0.9 tsp) Baking powder
  • 9g (~1.8 tsp) Neutral oil (Adjust as needed for consistency)
  • 4.5g (~0.9 tsp) Sesame oil
  • 25–35 Whole roasted peanuts (for garnish)
  • 1 Egg Yolk (for egg wash) + a bit of water

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the whole roasted peanuts and the egg wash
  2. Bake for 5 minutes, then brush the top with the egg wash.
